I’m a mixed-race Chicana—feminist, designer, mother, and storyteller—shaped by the land I was raised on, the subcultures that raised me, and the ancestral memory that lives in my bones. My creative practice is a form of cultural stewardship, rooted in care, community, and curiosity. I explore storytelling and positionality as both form and sites of research—unearthing meaning through writing, collage, typography, publication, ritual, and visual narrative.

Guided by the belief that graphic design can affirm life—not just sell stuff—I work to disentangle our practice from definitions bound solely to capitalism, and reimagine it as a relational act—a gesture of connection, memory-keeping, and truth-telling. My work is shaped by a background in publishing, intersectional feminism, motherhood, and gardening—all practices of tending and transformation.

I’m driven by a desire to see all voices represented and respected, to make space for the full spectrum of human expression, and to co-create worlds where community can flourish. I believe in the genius of the heart, the power of collective imagination.
